ZAI Commercial Terms & Authority Disclosure

This document is not a complete commercial Terms of Service. It does not decide payment mechanics, refund policy, liability, confidentiality, intellectual property, governing law, or data-privacy commitments. It exists to give ZAI's scope, price, and authority-boundary commitments one canonical, versioned identity that a customer's acceptance can be checked against.

What you agree to (scope & price)

Entering a Standard Scope agreement under this identity means agreeing to exactly the governed Standard Scope determination and defined fixed fee produced for your selected engagement:

• Asset Evidence Review — USD 1,750 fixed fee
• Engineering Intelligence Assessment — USD 3,500 fixed fee
• Asset Evidence & Technical Assessment — USD 6,500 fixed fee

Scope first. Price second. Engagement third. No surprise billing. Materially greater asset complexity, evidence volume, source complexity, technical question breadth, multi-asset scope, or other material scope expansion requires separately governed Custom Scope approval before checkout, and is not covered by this canonical identity.

Authority boundary

Accepting this agreement, and purchasing any ZAI package, does not grant, confer, or imply:

• Professional Engineer certification;
• regulatory approval;
• reserve certification;
• deployment authorization;
• investment advice or investment approval;
• statutory professional opinion or statutory engineering authority;
• any authority ZAI has not separately, affirmatively established.

ZAI sells methodology, governed process, technical assessment and controlled work product. ZAI does not sell authority it does not possess.

ZAI's internal governance terminology describes ZAI's internal methodology only. It is not represented, and shall not be represented, as Texas PE licensure, statutory professional-engineering authority, or authority to offer or perform regulated professional engineering services.

Engagement-specific service scope

Where your scope response includes a versioned service description, its deliverables, context explanation and limitations are displayed separately before acceptance and retained with your agreement. Your stated purpose does not itself become a decision ZAI undertakes to evaluate. Earlier agreements retain the scope recorded when accepted.
