A discrepancy resolvedThe PDQ district code 10 and the EWA district label 08 initially appeared inconsistent. The RRC district lookup maps code 10 to label 08, Midland. The labels alone did not indicate different assets.
A production claim boundedWe traced the API to dated lease production records. Those volumes establish reported lease production; they do not establish gas available from one well for a new project.
The next evidence made explicitCurrent flow measurements, gas quality, gas-use rights and pipeline access still require evidence before a site decision.

In ZAI's first real-world governed execution, twelve material engineering parameters were preserved as UNKNOWN rather than estimated. Preserving uncertainty is a feature of the methodology, not a gap in the report.
